The Service is provided as available, and we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect necessary operational information, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection times, and basic diagnostic data. To provide more stable VPN connections, we may process approximate location information for node recommendations, anonymized connection quality analysis, important service notices, and account security reminders. Xiyou VPN aims to minimize data collection and handle information according to this Policy.

We only transmit anonymized or aggregated data to trusted service providers or third-party technology services when necessary, such as Google Play Services and Firebase crash analytics, for troubleshooting and product improvement. Except where required by legal process, needed to protect users or the platform, necessary to investigate fraud, or shared with providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not disclose personal information to third parties. You may stop new App operational data from being generated by uninstalling the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from that group; if such data is collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse risks.
