This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiyou VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may reasonably adjust features or fees and will notify users of important changes. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting may reduce system security and cause the App to malfunction.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. While using the Service, you are also subject to the terms of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the Service caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or incorrect user configuration. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges abroad are your responsibility. Before use, ensure you are authorized to use the relevant network and billing account.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruptions caused by battery depletion, system restrictions, or third-party service changes are not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route information, some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from such information. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service according to operational needs; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Customer Support: If you encounter technical or account issues, contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to help troubleshoot.

Technical Issues: In rare cases, network conditions or device limitations may affect your experience. We will assist with diagnosis and resolution, but this does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: No refund will be provided if license keys, account benefits, or digital product access are shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes take effect when published on the website.
